It’s just before 1am – Garikai, James and Karina just dropped us off at the airport and things are looking good for our 4:40am flight to Johannesburg.
Luke (as you can see in the picture) is barely awake but Nathan is all joy and full of excitement.
In preparation for the visit to our family in South Africa we asked our close friends Kevin and Christina to take some family photo’s of us wearing our monogrammed “RANL with emphasis where needed” T-shirts on the lawn outside our apartment. The “out-takes” are an album in themselves :-)
